Solar Sustainability Award 2022

Poised to become the backbone of Europe’s energy transition, solar PV technology is proving its ability to support the reduction of our environmental impacts in many different ways.

At the SolarPower Summit 2022 SolarPower Europe will host the Solar Sustainability Award, a competition that aims to award top sustainability performers for their use of solar energy as a means to reduce their environmental footprint.

Competition

Companies participating in the Solar Sustainability Award will be reviewed and shortlisted by a selected jury.

In the week of the 21^st March, the three finalists will present their sustainability work during a public webinar.

Register to our webinar on Wednesday 23 March at 15:00 – 16:30 CET to discover who the finalists are.

The recordings of the webinar will be made available to the participants of the SolarPower Summit, who will vote for the winner.

The winner of the Solar Sustainability Award 2022 will be announced during the Summit in Brussels.

Who is eligible to participate?

The 2nd Solar Sustainability Award is open to any company, regardless of its size, that carried out remarkable activities beyond business-as-usual operations to enhance sustainability through the use of solar energy.

An additional precondition for non-SME organisations that are willing to participate is the publication of a CSR report.
